CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment time is required to avoid incurring a fee of 50% of the service. If the appointment is no showed or cancelled or rescheduled the same day, 100% of the fee will be charged. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

Courtney is a graduate of the Remedial Massage Therapy program at Wellington College. During the appointment she will discuss a treatment plan with you to come up with the best way to address your specific needs and concerns. This includes assessing and treating muscoskeletal dysfunctions and restrictions, allowing her clients to fully relax into a full body swedish massage, deep tissue, or a mix of both worlds!
She has recently completed the upper body course for Rapid Neurofascial Release and is scheduled to complete the lower body course in June. Rapid NFR is a neurologically based, active therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system in reducing tension and restrictions in the body that are causing pain. This treatment can be used to alleviate a number of conditions including headaches, TMJ pain, frozen shoulder, tennis/golfers elbow, etc. efficiently and effectively.
